What is the human racing coming to? Not only do the media twist words around until they bite you in the arse but people who, in real life would act like meek children, suddenly decide that the internet is something to be abused, something to gang up on people who, in all honestly, only posted a status. It makes me sick, the kind of cowardly, underhand, sneaky, conniving behavior that take place on the world wide web.

I think the internet is a thing people should use to catch up with friends, not insult and destroy lives, like some people seem to think it is. I feel truly sorry, for the families of those who, via the internet, have decided that the only way out of the constant vicious cycle of bullying is the last resort, taking their own life.

It is unimaginable, the things that can be said over the internet can have such a great effect that people are driven to self-destruction. Call it what ever you like, self-murder, taking ones own life, make away with ones self. Suicide. It is despicable, that the internet gives spiteful people the power to have such an impact on other’s lives, causing them so much pain and suffering. It makes me shudder, to think at how many people could be subject to this cowardly form of bulling at this very moment. It is disgusting, to think that somewhere on this earth, a child probably no older or younger than yourself is contemplating death.

It hurts me, these people who suffer in silence, thinking that every one in the world is against them. If anyone reading this feels that they are being treated in this way, I implore you, tell someone. I hate thinking that somewhere someone is so sad and alone, vicious rumors being spread by sharp clawed individuals, who decide that when they feel bad they have the god-given right to take it out on someone else. I have a news flash for you, THAT IS NOT TRUE. Hurting someone to make yourself feel powerful or better than someone is a self-centered thing to do.
